Many of you are probably already using a third-party application called VNC, which allows you to log us into your computer to help you out when required. When you're not using VNC, be sure to exit the program (or, under the Options menu, select the Authentication tab and setup a password as an added security measure).
Now onto backups! It's important to remember that even if you run our MultiView product for data syncronisation, you should still always make your own backups on a daily basis, It is also a part of our terms and conditions that each facility does a daily backup. If you do not, you run the risk of voiding your support. You may also wish to look into our internet backup facility.
On that note, I would like to wish you have a very merry Christmas and please PLEASE remember to do your daily backups. If the worst should happen and you lose all your data, it is always reassuring to know that with a current backup the tech's at StorMan can have you up and running in no time.
