Critical Activities

What most critical activity should you engage in whilst feeling the effects of a bad economy to ensure the long term success of your business?

Let’s try to cover that right here. First, so I can make the best recommendation possible I need some more information from you. That calls for a couple more questions.

  • What did you do when you were a baby crawling around and you saw that adults could move around easier, further, and faster by walking?
  • What did you do while you were in school dating?
  • What did you do when you came second in a game or a race that you preferred to win?

 

The answer is simple, and if you are finding the economic situation tough at the moment then you need to know what that answer is. Because if you are finding these economic conditions tough, you also probably found learning to walk tough, falling in love for the first time tough, and coming second is a bitter pill to swallow when you know you have what it takes to come first. The answer is always the same and here it is – LEARN to do whatever it is you need to be able to do.

  • Do you need to find more customers? Then learn how.
  • Do you need to sell to more customers? Then learn how.
  • Do you need to make your business more profitable? Then learn how.

 

Education need not be expensive. And if you are not currently counting up growing stacks of “dinero” all day long then chances are you have time for some. You will probably have to spend some money at some point if you want cutting edge stuff, but you can start today with little or no budget.

What is to stop you? Not enough time? You have 24 hours, each and every day. That is all the time you are ever going to get.

What else could stop you? Not enough direction? Business is complicated. There is so much you can learn about systems, HR, relevant law, advertising, and sales, just to name a few areas. Decide what it is your business needs most right now. If you need more sales conversions from enquiries in your business then start with a study of sales. If you need more enquiries then start with a study of marketing.
