As a self storage owner and / or operator, are you thinking about how you can improve the income, and therefore the value, of your facility? The obvious ways are to build more capacity and look for regular and incremental increases in your rates.
We have developed another way to achieve this - add another dimension to a flat unit by installing a customised shelving and trolley system.
The entire unit is turned into a cubic space with three or more levels, thereby increasing your net lettable area by up to 200% (check out the photos & video below!). This system is more than just adding shelving because one or more trolleys are used to completely fill the unit.
You can now charge a premium for this unit because of its extra capacity. Pay off the investment within a couple of years and the extra goes straight to your bottom line, which on turn increases the value of your facility!
