The Standard Self Storage AgreementPosted by Ben on 13th June 2008

Hello StorManites! For many years now I have been asked if we can streamline and enhance the signup process within StorMan as far as producing an agreement automatically in StorMan. I am pleased to say that after working closely with the Self Storage Association of Australasia we have completed our electronic version of the SSAA Standard Agreement.

This is available for download in the Resources section of the SSAA website (note: you will need to login with your SSAA member number and password to download the file).

What does this do?

Basically, StorMan will populate the agreement with all the relevant fields after you have typed them in. This means that at the end of the Move In process you can now come back into that customer and choose to print a pre-filled agreement. This will then use the information you have typed into StorMan to fill out the relevant fields in the agreement. There is also another copy of the agreement that you can also download but this is designed as a static copy of the blank SSAA agreement.

How can I get it?

The pack of letters is available for download in the resources section of the SSAA website (note: you will need to login with your SSAA member number and password to download the file).

How do I install and use it?
