This month we welcome a new guest blogger - Craig Bentley from Storageland Self Storage at Yatala, on Queensland's sunny Gold Coast.
Before we get into some of Craig's posts over the coming month's, here's a bit of an introduction from Craig to get you started...
Hi there - I'm Craig, from Storageland at Yatala. As per the intro above, I've put my hand up to write a few guest blogs for StorMan over the coming months. So, to keep you entertained in the meantime, I just thought I'd write a few words on how Storageland has been going over the past 10 months.
We officially opened for business on the 1st of February this year and after 4 months, were already at 60% occupancy. We decided to start 'Stage 1B' and added another 170 units. After 8 short weeks, we already have 46 new storage clients renting within our new stage! The way things are going we will have to start our next stage in early 2011!
Our facility has really taken shape after adding our new stage, hoists, timber flooring, painted floors and completing our reception it does look first class - so if anybody would like to call in for a coffee and a tour, it would be my pleasure to show you around. I look forward to writing for you again in the near future.
