StorMan: "How long have you been with Outta Space?"

Luke: "I have been here for about 4 months. That’s how long the facility has been open for - we're brand new. We've been using the StorMan self storage management software here since day one!" 

StorMan: "What's your current role at Outta Space and how many units do you manage?"

Luke: "I am the site manager and look after 80 units - our first development stage. We have 2 more stages to build as demand grows which will give us a total of 300 units over time. We have 4 different unit sizes at the moment and we are looking at the possibility of building some under-cover storage for boats/cars/caravans as the demand for that seems to be quite considerable in this area." 

StorMan: "Anything interesting about your area, or the building itself?"

Luke: "We bought the land about 5 years ago and have had the facility in planning ever since. We are located just off the arterial road into Murray Bridge from Adelaide and we have a 6 metre time/temperature sign out on the main road (pictured to right). It’s the only one of its type in Murray Bridge so it creates quite a talking point and works wonders for attracting business!" 

StorMan: "What do you like about StorMan?"

Luke: "Ah, where do I start?! It’s like a one stop shop, it does absolutely everything you can think of plus more! From Daily Processing that is so efficient in printing invoices or changing the access for customers etc, to banking, the reports, emails, move in’s and reservations and the facility map that shows the status of every unit. Like I said it’s everything you’d hope for in facility management software and more! It makes running our facility so easy!" 

StorMan: "That's great to hear - thanks Luke! If there was one standout feature, what would you say it is?"

Luke: "My favourite would have to be the calendar and key data section on the main page. I put all my notes in the calendar section for the day and StorMan gives me reminders to follow up customers or order more stock. The key data is brilliant too, showing my occupancy level, reservations, who’s moving in and out etc."
