StorMan was the management system already-installed at the time of purchasing the site in 2006. At the time of acquisition, an evaluation was carried out to ensure that the hub of all of our business was “the best on the market”.

Our growth, and demand for timely information, has meant that we have made significant investment in our computers and IT, along with the upgrades in StorMan. StorMan has continued to meet our demands, and we are currently installing StorPay and Online Reservation modules to further raise efficiency and competitiveness in the market place.

If I had to rate the effect that StorMan has had on our business, I would have to say that simply by having control of the site, the staff and management are more confident! Whether it’s restricting access to the facility for delinquent clients, enjoying the automation of StorMan’s Daily Processing system (the automated sending of debtors letters, reminders, etc) or just the daily list of units that need to be cleaned.

 

StorMan provides us with the reports we need on a timely basis - we are able to analyse our business and concentrate on our growth areas. One of the most important StorMan functions to our business is the control of our sales process (from customer enquiry to conversion to move in process). This means that all staff, casual, part time or permanent, have easy immediate access to be able to track information relating to clients’ requirements, and our solutions to their needs, in one easy process.

An extract of StorMan reports clearly shows we have achieved over a 40% growth in our occupancy yield per square metre and our monthly merchandise sales figures have increased by over 400%. StorMan simply gives us the tools to achieve our goals and monitor these growth patterns. StorMan provides an “on demand” integrated approach to client management – in a comprehensive user friendly format!
